Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent - NYCM Search : Job Details

We are currently seeking early career professionals for multiple roles in Westchester County, Fairfield County and New Jersey.

• Fairfield County - Luxury Residential, Assistant Project Manager - Supporting PM on large scale estate projects (luxury residential single family mansions). Administrative work primarily with some site visits. Strong organizational skills required. Recent Grads are open to apply. Salary 60-65k, benefits, 1 day remote, PTO
• Westchester County - Luxury Residential, Assistant Superintendent - Supporting the Superintendent on a massive multi-year project. Must have strong field supervision experience for at least 2 years preferably in the high end residential sector. You will grow in this role to take on more responsibility likely owning some of the building projects aside from the main house, and eventually taking over the entire project towards the end. Salary 80-90k, benefits, PTO, growth potential
• New Jersey - Office / Industrial / Commercial - Site Foreman. Commercial Renovations - oversight on behalf of real estate investment / family office. Oversight of general and sub contractors, workers on site, movement from site to site. Quality Control, Safety, trade coordination and some oversight of cost / schedule when needed. Growth opportunity as this in-house construction team takes on more responsibility over time. Salary 70-75k
