The APM will support MEP project management efforts across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction, design, and delivery are executed efficiently and within budget.**APM will be placed at a project with potential travel to other project sites 3x/week**Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and help prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Assist in managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Support the project management team in resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or construction roles.
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
