  • Assist the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle-from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and timely deliverables.
  • Support schedule management by tracking task completion and identifying potential delays.
  • Help manage budgets, prepare project documentation, and ensure accuracy in change orders and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project alignment with design intent.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and design professionals to ensure expectations are met.
  • Address project-related issues and escalate them appropriately to keep work moving forward.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and local permitting processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
