Job Description- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating Revit-based design development and documentation.
- Manage IFC (Issued for Construction) model reviews, clash detection, and revision tracking.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers, BIM coordinators, and electrical teams to maintain accurate and version-controlled models.
- Support preparation and submission of BIM deliverables and drawings for client reviews and permitting.
- Track and monitor project deadlines, deliverables, and design iterations using BIM project management tools.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate changes with Revit models, maintaining integration with construction execution.
- Organize and maintain Revit model libraries and standards.
- Facilitate model-based meetings and walkthroughs (virtual or in-person) with project stakeholders.
- Support quality control processes to ensure model precision and compliance with specifications and codes.
- Oversee document control processes, including RFIs and submittals, integrating findings into Revit documentation.
- Assist technical teams in design build initiatives and value engineering exercises using Revit.
- Maintain project records and assist with close-out deliverables (O&M manuals, as-built models, BIM deliverables).
- Support safety and compliance efforts throughout project model workflows.

The Successful Applicant- 1-3 years' experience working with Revit in construction or MEP environments-preferably within electrical, communications, or facilities systems.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management workflows.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with model integrity (naming, levels, families, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred).
- Understanding of construction principles, particularly for medium/high-voltage or low-voltage electrical systems.
- A safety-conscious mindset aligned with OSHA and facility safety practices.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Revit Certified Professional, PMP, CAPM, or BIM-specific credentials is preferred
- Experience with integrated project delivery (IPD) or design-build project delivery methodologies is preferred
- Prior involvement in mission-critical or 24/7 facility projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers) is preferred
