• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or environmental engineering.
• 3-5 years of hands-on project experience in construction, ideally with municipal, infrastructure, or mechanical projects.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering and construction drawings with precision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive progress and build strong client and team relationships.

• Working knowledge of plumbing, pumps, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD or related drafting software.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and a commitment to workplace safety.
