Role Summary
We seek a polished and ambitious Assistant Project Manager with 0–5 years of experience in construction, architecture, or engineering. This role offers direct mentorship by our senior leadership team, exposure to generational estate-level projects, and a clear path toward PM responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budget control, cost tracking, and invoice oversight
- Support the development and coordination of project schedules, benchmarks, and critical timelines
- Contribute to scope reviews, document tracking, and report generation
- Maintain minute-precise communication logs and meeting summaries
- Participate in site walks and prepare field reports
- Facilitate correspondence among consultants, contractors, and the internal team
- Collaborate with senior PMs to uphold the highest execution standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with construction workflow and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel; familiarity with construction platforms such as Procore and Bluebeam preferred
- Fastidious attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Professional, teachable, and client-focused presence
- Strong communication and multitasking ability
