The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Assist with buyout process including RFP preparation, Bid communication, Bid levelling and Negotiation
- Assist Project Manager for RFI'S, Submittals, Meeting agendas and minutes, Schedule updates, Change Orders, Requisition reviews, agency correspondence, Maintaining Logs, Preparing work progress Reports and analytics, legal, contracts, Punch list and Close-out packages
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' of New York City Construction experience
- Expertise in Bluebeam Revu/ On-Screen Takeoff/ Planswift
- Expertise in Procore
- Expertise in Smartsheet/ MS project
