Assistant Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in delivering high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth communication
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
- Monitor project progress and report on status to senior project managers
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is highly preferred
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a construction or engineering role is a plus
