  • Support Project Managers in all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Assist with schedule development, RFI and submittal tracking, document control, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets, track change orders, and support procurement activities.
  • Ensure on-site compliance with safety and quality standards by conducting walkthroughs and collaborating with superintendents.

The Successful ApplicantYou are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about commercial interiors. You bring at least 2 years of APM experience on NYC fit-out projects and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as an APM on commercial interior construction projects
  • Experience working with NYC subcontractors and permit processes
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and documents
