Your Role:As an APM, you'll work closely with Senior PMs and Superintendents to drive construction forward-managing timelines, budgets, and communication between field, design, and ownership teams. You'll play a hands-on role in projects that deliver meaningful impact for NYC communities.
Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day management of active job sites in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors
Assist with design development reviews, drawing coordination, and code compliance
Help lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, procurement, and contract execution
Prepare RFIs, submittals, and change orders; track responses and approvals
Coordinate DOB filings, permitting, utility connections, and signoffs
Participate in ownership meetings, progress reporting, and requisition packages
Monitor project schedule and flag critical path issues
Assist in punch list tracking and closeout process, including TCO and final inspections
2-4 years of experience in NYC-based ground-up residential construction (affordable, mixed-income, or market-rate housing)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
Strong understanding of NYC construction codes, permitting, and inspections
Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills-comfortable managing competing priorities
