06th August, 2025 Assistant Project Manager - Grading & Site Development (Commercial) All local work - no travel required Join a growing team focused on commercial sitework projects ranging from $500K to $15M, with a strong focus on grading from raw land to fully paved developments. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience, ideally with Agtek proficiency and a mix of field and office exposure. What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing site development projects from start to finish
• Perform site staking/layout (e.g., carbon gutters)
• Coordinate with commercial GCs and ensure quality and compliance
• Handle minor take-offs, RFI's, and change orders
• Support the lead PM by offsetting admin duties while learning project leadership
• Maintain a 50/50 office-to-field split

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in grading/site development
• Experience with Agtek a big plus
• Degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage 1 project initially; potential to take on more

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80K-$95K base salary (DOE) - paid weekly
