Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join a high-performing commercial interiors team. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to learn every phase of project delivery and advance toward a PM role.

This Manhattan-based general contractor has over 30 years of experience delivering sophisticated commercial interiors. From law firms to financial institutions, retail, showrooms, and restaurants, they are known for transforming client visions into reality while maintaining a commitment to excellence and integrity.

Description

Support project management teams in scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

Assist with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and procurement

Attend site walks, client meetings, and track project milestones

Learn internal systems and project delivery processes from senior PMs

Desired Skills and Experience1-3 years of experience in commercial construction. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with construction software, and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
