Assistant Program Director II - Community Solutions : Job Details

CSI is in need of an experienced Assistant Program Director to lead our Chase Center program located in Waterbury, CT. The program is an adult residential facility that administers assessments, monitors clients' compliance with service plan goals, and involves clients in services that address their criminogenic tendencies. Though case management, supervision, and provision of evidence-based groups, clients gain the tools and support necessary for successful community re-entry. This position is responsible for assisting the Program Director in management of all program services and operations. This individual will ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services.
