Assistant Program Director, Adult, Youth and Dislocated Workers, Title I-B - Yavapai College : Job Details

Reporting to the Program Director, Adult, Youth, and Dislocated Workers, Title I-B, the successful candidate will help build Yavapai Colleges WIOA Title I-B programs (Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth) at the One-Stop Center in Prescott, AZ, with travel required between One-Stop locations in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Verde Valley. Collaborating with the Director, who leads strategic planning, budget management, compliance, reporting, advertising, and partnerships, the Assistant Director will support program development, foster employer engagement, coordinate with WIOA Titles II, III, and IV, and REDC, and ETPL providers, manage operations, and guide staff to achieve WIOA outcomes, such as employment rates and credential attainment. The Assistant Director may collaborate with other college staff or partners, as determined by program needs and organizational structure, to organize job fairs and other workforce initiatives.
