The DFW area offers a variety of family-friendly locations and top rated K-12 public and private schools.Job DescriptionThe Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. In extraordinary circumstances, depending on the rank and credentials of the applicant, the appointment may be at the rank of Associate Professor without tenure.The successful faculty member will demonstrate an ability to effectively teach management and integrated business courses at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels that incorporate Catholic social teaching and virtue ethics, to conduct management research leading to peer-reviewed publications in journals designated by the College, to chair student dissertations, to engage in service as assigned, and to exercise interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues. **The position will start in August 2026.**PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIESTeach 9 course credit hours (usually three courses) per semester typically including two to three preparations per semester.Deliver courses in on ground, online (synchronous and asynchronous),and hybrid formats to undergraduate, masters, and/or doctoral students.Develop and deliver effective courses, benchmarking the best teaching practices ofmanagement in higher education along with Catholic social teaching and virtue ethics.Maintain Student Attendance, Grades, And Other Required Records.Maintain regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students.Assess course and program level learning outcomes.Engage students and participate in an outcomes-based educational environment.[]{style= font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: }
