Berry College Inc. seeks an Assistant Professor of Management in Mount Berry, Georgia, tohold full-time, tenure-track assistant professor position in Management.

Teach within the area of Management, as well as introductory courses within the Business curriculum; Serve as a full-time member of the teaching faculty in the Department of Business; Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate students within the prescribed curriculum; Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts, as well as compile, administer, and grade examinations; Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course intent and course materials, and method of instruction with the Department Chair; Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues.

This position requires a PhD in Business Administration, Management or closely related field (or foreign education equivalent). The position also requires experience with the following non-quantified skills/experience: Teaching in higher education; contributing to curriculum development; grading student assignments or exams; conducting research in the field of management; supporting student placement in internships; presenting research findings at conferences. Must hold qualification as Scholarly Academic according to AACSB requirements. Up to 5% domestic and international travel required to conferences.
