Teaching. Teach courses in the didactic phase of the program, including developing and delivering lectures, leading small group sessions, and facilitating active learning activities. Develop and update course syllabi, learning objectives, and assessment tools in alignment with program goals, ARC-PA standards, and current evidence-based medicine. Mentor students on their capstone project. Curriculum Development. Assist in designing and revising didactic and clinical curricula syllabi, learning objectives, and evaluation criteria to ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards. Student Remediation and Advising. Monitor students' academic and clinical performance and implement remediation plans for those needing additional support.
