Job Title: Product Management Assistant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Rocky Hill, CT 06067 | Hybrid (60% in-office / 40% remote)
Pay Range: $22–25/hr.
The Product Management Assistant will support the Global Product Management team by driving operational efficiency in day-to-day activities and contributing to key strategic projects. This role partners with cross-functional and cross-regional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Development—to manage product lifecycles, align portfolios with market needs, and ensure successful product phase-in/phase-out execution.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for the Global Product Management team to ensure smooth portfolio management.
- Assist with product lifecycle management, including product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio strategies.
- Contribute to special projects that enhance business continuity and drive strategic growth.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and portfolio documentation for leadership and business partners.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align portfolio decisions with market demands and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Product/Portfolio Management, or related field.
- Strong skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, planning, and logistics.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
