Location: Etters, PA

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products enable the electronics revolution and are key for major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our High Speed Mezzanine Business Unit's headquarters are in Etters, PA, with design, sales, and manufacturing locations worldwide. We are seeking a Product Line Manager to join our team in Etters, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Associate Product Manager will collaborate with the Product Line Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and market Amphenol's Mezzanine products. This role supports the product marketing team in promoting products, securing new design opportunities, and executing strategies for business growth, including managing NPI to production activities. The ideal candidate should be versatile, technically savvy, detail-oriented, organized, quick to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Support RFQs, RFPs, and collaborate with internal cost/Process Engineering teams to develop pricing strategies that meet profit targets throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage product sampling for customers, including scheduling and communication.
  • Manage product PCNs.
  • Monitor ongoing cost reduction initiatives and implementation.
  • Assist with customer and sales team product requests.
  • Develop marketing materials such as datasheets, press releases, and other collateral.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer quality concerns from quality and other functions.
  • Create sales and marketing tools and provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
  • Analyze product sales data, tracking revenue and margins by product, part number, region, and customer.
  • Travel may be required for job-related purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience with strong business acumen.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the interconnect industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and adapt in dynamic environments. Technical aptitude, including reading mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to work with cross-functional global teams. Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'.
  • High accountability, ownership, and a self-starter attitude are preferred.
