UNTIL FILLED The Caledonia-Mumford Central School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Elementary Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This is an 11-month position beginning as soon as possible, reporting directly to the Elementary Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for fostering a positive school culture, supporting instructional excellence, and ensuring the academic and social-emotional growth of all students. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school.
• Supporting teachers and staff in delivering high-quality, standards-based instruction.
• Leading initiatives to promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Overseeing student discipline, attendance, and behavior support programs.
• Collaborating with families, staff, and community partners to strengthen student success.
• Supporting professional development for staff.
