\n- Assist Plant Manager in managing plant operations to guarantee food safety and quality.
\n- Verify proper training for all key operations employees.
\n- Participate in preparation of audits to include annual third party, USDA, and customers.
\n- Assist in answering, correcting, and preventing customer product complaints when needed.
\n- Support Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Quality Systems.
\n- Comply with all company and safety policies, practices, and procedures.
\n- All other relevant tasks as they apply to the job. indhp

\n- Bachelor Degree in Poultry Science, Business Management, Animal Science, or other closely related field of study (relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education)
\n- Experience in process improvement initiatives
\n- Excellent organizational skills
\n- USDA regulatory knowledge and experience
\n- Advanced HACCP training and experience
\n- Proven management skills in production operations within the food industry
\n- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
