Opportunity Description

Our client is a 20 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a future Plant Manager. This individual will be hired as an Assistant Plant Manager to be groomed for a Plant Manager position at another facility. This is an opportunity to learn this business from a highly accomplished team.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• World Class manufacturing experience required
• Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
• Experienced managing a department or a small facility
• P&L experience is a plus - financial acumen required
• Culture driver and change agent
• Experience with a turnaround manufacturing environment is preferred
