Assistant Plant Manager Manufacturing Operations

A manufacturer of infrastructure products is hiring an Assistant Plant Manager to support day-to-day leadership at their facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with a background in plant supervision, production planning, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant floor operations and ensure alignment with production schedules, customer demands, and inventory targets
• Support and coach production supervisors and frontline leads to drive performance, safety, and accountability
• Monitor KPIs, track operational goals, and report to Plant Manager on progress and plant metrics
• Champion a safety-first culture; support compliance, accident prevention, and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and meet quality expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree ; minimum 10 years of production supervision or operations leadership
• Solid understanding of modern manufacturing systems and continuous improvement strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on accountability and team development
• Hands-on, ethical, and aligned with company values of humility, hard work, and integrity
