We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Pension Director with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, document management, and assisting with pension-related applications and remittances, along with providing analytical support for financial and operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently. It can be an entry-level position (with strong internship experience) or someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience, a relevant degree, and exceptional Microsoft Excel and computer skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry related to pension calculations and applications, including contributions and data accuracy.Create, format, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.Use Excel for basic modeling, forecasting, and financial tasks.Develop and implement Excel formulas to streamline processes.Analyze data to generate insights and improve efficiency.Process and manage incoming remittances.Handle inquiries, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.Determine application eligibility and ensure backup documents are stored properly.Assist in preparing quarterly trustee meeting packages.Support weekly remittance summaries and accounting using QuickBooks.Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related fields.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data visualization.Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Experience in document filing (physical and digital).Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.Good communication skills for inquiries and explanations.QuickBooks experience is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
