The Assistant or Associate Director of Admissions serves as a lead admissions officer responsible for first-year, transfer, and graduate student recruitment, admissions and enrollment. A contributor to defining recruitment strategy, the Assistant/ Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for uncovering and building new markets, developing key relationships with strategic influencers, and expanding reputation and awareness. SALARY INFORMATION:In compliance with New Yorks Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $64,350 - $70,000. Adelphi University considers factors such as departmental budgets, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
