Assistant Operations Manager - The Onin Group : Job Details

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support daily logistics operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in inbound and outbound processes, team supervision, and safety compliance.

Work Experience

5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution operations.

Must be a certified forklift trainer (will train others, not operate).

Strong background in inbound/outbound logistics.

Experience managing teams and driving productivity.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule: MondayFriday, starting at 5:00 AM until work is complete.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
