Job Description Position Overview: Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join their client's team in Texas. This position offers an opportunity to manage office operations and ensure smooth and efficient administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational background and be adept at multitasking. Ideal candidate will have a mix of general office experience with light general accounting as well. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring efficiency.
  • Coordinating and managing administrative activities to support the team.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
  • Handling correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Organizing meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in budget management and financial reporting as required.
  • Addressing and resolving any office-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, first shift. Benefits: Employer pays 100% medical for the employee.
