Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.

-Proven leadership experience in a high-volume OR

-OR experience highly preferred

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday / Two-8hr shifts 0730a-1600p&Two-12hr shifts 0730a-2000p
  • Department: Operating Room
  • Location: Presbyterian Medical Center– Charlotte, NC (Level II Trauma Center)

Qualifications:
  • Education:4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
  • Additional Skills (required):Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education&Training.
