You will assist the Nurse manager in daily management of the Lakeview Avenue which includes: Key Responsibilities Performs, supervises or assists with residents assessment and documentation Perform skin assessments weekly and PRN on indicated residents Assists with assuring that quality care is provided through QI Mentors, rounds, chart reviews, etc. Participates with precepting of nursing personnel Serves as clinical resource person to CNAs, LPNs and other associates Assist with development of nursing and ICP Monitors nursing personnel compliance with resident care plans Coordinates clinical care of residents with nursing personnel Assures that physician orders are carried out and integrated into resident care plans Continually enhances clinical knowledge in long term care and shares information as appropriate Responsible for creating a culture of accountability within the framework of a positive work environment Qualifications NYS Licensed RN required 2 years of long term care experi...Nurse Manager, Manager, Assistant, Nurse, Healthcare, RN
