Key Responsibilities

• Assist with student assessments and individualized learning plans
• Support enrollment and sales by responding to leads and enrolling students
• Build relationships with families and provide regular progress updates
• Lead and coach instructors during sessions
• Ensure students stay engaged and progressing
• Teach/tutor students in-center or online using the Mathnasium Method
• Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Assist with center operations and administrative tasks

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:45 AM–1:30 PM
• Fridays and Sundays: Off
• Total: 25 hours per week

Requirements

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable with:
  • Sales and parent conversations
  • Leading and mentoring a team
  • Managing both educational and business responsibilities
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools
• Willingness to learn and use the Mathnasium Method
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
• Must complete a math literacy assessment
