These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.What You'll DoResponsible for planning and execution of the Americas product marketing strategy in close partnership with the Manager and Associate Director. This role is focused on in depth data analytics to drive strategy, implement effective marketing campaigns and impact consumer behavior to drive growth and achieve financial targets.This role will report to the Manager, Product Marketing.What You'll Be Working On

• Conduct post-launch analysis of SDJ new product launches on a regular cadence; combine & summarize data & findings from cross-functional teams & share key learnings across the region.
• Monitor, analyze and report on performance and trends of the Sol de Janeiro business, its competitors and the beauty landscape; identify key trends & areas of opportunity on category & product levels; craft actionable insights for the region.
• Develop regional reports/dashboards and effectively combine data sources to enable robust performance tracking.
• Maintain the long-term regional calendar, including ongoing input on innovation viability & forecasts; work with Manager to ensure changes are communicated regularly to all key stakeholders in the region and in the broader organization.
• Input to regional product development briefs to drive assortment needs for key SDJ channels; collaborate with cross-functional and Global teams to ensure visibility to key product development milestones
• Partner with Manager and the channel leads to drive assortment process, including add/delete strategy and execution in the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize annual sampling and branded merchandise programs, including strategic assortment offerings, timing, & forecast quantities by channels.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years+ experience in marketing, beauty industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and teams
