Role Specific InformationJob DescriptionAbout the RoleIn this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Kohl's CRM and Email marketing projects. You will bridge marketing, strategy and IT, ensuring CRM projects, systems, and workflows drive operational efficiency and effectively support program growth. What You'll Do
  • Facilitate the end-to-end planning & delivery of critical CRM and Email marketing projects
  • Develop and maintain timelines and roadmaps, track dependencies, and identify financial and resource implications related to project outputs
  • Work cross-functionally to align CRM initiatives with business goals and marketing strategies, advocating for considerations around business value and level of effort.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate project updates, risks and wins to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Conceive and iterate on informative dashboards, shepherding use cases across teams in support of project and channel measurement
  • Drive improvements to processes and integrations to increase efficiency in campaign workflow and speed to market
  • Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure seamless project execution and measurement
  • Identify opportunities to optimize CRM-driven customer touchpoints, driving synergies between behavioral triggers and daily campaigns
  • Influence decisions related to data integrity, tracking and reporting, ensuring systems effectively support business needs
  • Develop best practices and documentation to improve team adoption and efficiency
  • Additional tasks may be assigned
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.What Skills You HaveRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM project management, product management or marketing operations
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
Preferred
  • PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, customer segmentation and campaign workflows
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo, Braze)
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices, channel metrics and emerging CRM technologies and trends
