Managing a Goodwill retail store within the agency's established policy. Recruiting, training, and supervising retail team members in retail operation procedures. Delegating work assignments to appropriate associates and ensuring team members complete assigned tasks. Recommending and administering appropriate discipline to team members as needed. Creating team member work schedules to achieve optimum customer service, merchandise display, store security, and expense control. Ordering merchandise to stock store Maintaining records of sales data and bank deposits Planning attractive merchandise displays that make effective use of the sales area Attending marketing and sales meetings. Maintaining a clean and neat store Position Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent.
