There are 3 locations where we are currently hiring:4768 Broadway, New York NY 10034 (Inwood)185 West 231st Street, Bronx, NY 10463 (Kingsbridge)163 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10023 (Upper West Side) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):Providing outstanding customer service is a mustPerforming & supervising opening & closing proceduresMotivating, training and developing new center associatesFollowing up with claims, vendor, and customer issuesProblem solvingDeveloping Marketing materials (Using our Marketing help center)Ensuring that center achieves its targeted revenue projectionsMaintaining Mailbox holder systemForwarding mail for Mailbox holdersAssisting in Inventory, Accounting, & Billing issues Other duties will include (but not limited to):Greet customers in a friendly manner;Determine customer needs, and how to exceed their expectationsAssisting customers with packaging and shipping of itemsOperating photocopy, faxing, binding and laminating equipmentRinging up sales on Point of Sale SystemTracking customer packagesMaintaining the overall appearance of the storeReceive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accuratelyPack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
