Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, HR or a related field. Three (3) years of full-time experience supporting time and payroll systems. One (1) year of supervisory experience. Solid knowledge of and experience working with U.S. wage & hour laws, garnishments, and payroll tax withholding rules at the federal, state and local levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications:Proficient with payroll software (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft). Brief Description of Duties: The Assistant Manager for RF Payroll and Appointments will oversee and supervise the Research Foundation payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
