**Position Overview**

This role is responsible for store associate training initiatives and education tools across all aspects of client experience related to our brands. Using a range of learning strategies, the Assistant Manager, Client Experience, will assist in setting service standards, creating product & styling communications and measuring their effectiveness on our client experience.

This role will also provide support for innovative programs and initiatives that evolve our brands to stay in line with retail trends and continue meeting customer expectations for service. Success in this role will be based on cultivating cross-functional relationships to ideate and gain alignment in support of our business goals for the evolution of stores. The ideal candidate exemplifies an upbeat, self-starter attitude, is equal parts creative and strategic, and possesses strong communication and writing skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Partner with the Director, Client Experience to concept and produce training content that will cultivate a selling culture rooted in hospitality principles (i.e. branded service approach, clienteling specialist training, etc).

* Build seasonal frameworks and execute communication cadence for education tools and experience initiatives, integrating with daily business and brand program communications in partnership with Store Communications.

* Serve as a content producer for styling, service, and other content types to inform, engage and inspire our field teams; always keeping brand aesthetic, user experience (print and digital) and field workload top of mind.

* Co-manage our intranet platform editorial calendar and supporting content planning with Store Communications team members. Partner with field leadership to guide rollout plans and ensure training/program sustainment.

* Consult and collaborate with cross-functional partners on any associate education needs for program rollouts, campaign events/activations to ensure seamless execution and support desired results.

* Leverage performance measuring tools, such as CSAT scores, to ensure consistency in level of service and inform future improvements.

* Assist with managing brand department budgets (i.e. PO creation, invoice organization and vendor communication)

**Position Requirements**

* 3-4 years experience in crafting and executing retail focused service training and styling education

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Communications, Marketing or Digital Strategy

* Genuine affinity for fashion, balanced with an understanding of business and emerging trends.

* Ability to work cross-functionally (as project lead or contributor); and can collaborate, gain alignment, influence and problem-solve.

* A solution-minded individual who and has a passion for bringing content to life and grow engagement and performance over time.

* Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to organize, apply hierarchy, and simplify content for various audiences & mediums.

* Experience in managing projects with multiple deliverables in fast-paced environment and evolving business needs.

* Organized, self-motivated, resourceful individual with a can-do attitude and ability to think creatively and holistically.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Word, PPT, Excel, etc); Familiar with MAC & InDesign/Photoshop or commitment to learn.

* Desire to fully integrate & immerse into the business, brand and culture.
