Site Visits: Manage and oversee multiple locations, including Hayward, Fremont, San Jose, West of Tracy, and San Francisco, ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.

Morning Briefing: Conduct daily team meetings to discuss priorities, safety updates, and address issues from previous shifts.

Work Orders Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance based on technician skills and availability.

Facility Walkthroughs: Regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, oversee safety training, audits, and inspections to foster a safety culture.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to improve operations, generate reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Guide and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• Experience: 3+ years managing maintenance teams and programs.
• Skills: Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance preferred.
• Multi-Site Experience is a Must!

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus incentive.
• Schedule: Flexible, based on site needs, with on-call duties across multiple sites.
