Assistant Golf Coach (Exempt) - Hardin-Simmons University : Job Details

The Assistant Golf Coach will be responsible for helping in all aspects of the HSU golf program. The Assistant Golf Coach will work closely and directly with the head coach and aid in all areas of the golf program. The assistant coach must be a motivated individual who will bring leadership, enthusiasm, and a desire to contribute to the golf program. HSU JOB FAMILY CLASSIFICATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ASSISTANT GOLF COACH RESPONSIBLITIES: Recruiting: Assistant coach will help with recruiting and growing the roster of both golf teams. Coach will spend time going to golf tournaments throughout the year to identify and recruit potential members of the golf team. Travel extensively throughout a primary recruiting market to seek, select, and convert prospective athletes to HSU to actual enrolled students.
