Assistant General Manager – Summit Club House - Crescent Hotels & Resorts : Job Details

Required Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Restaurant Manager required. The Ideal candidate will have a solid background in Food and Beverage with upscale dining experience and have the ability to oversee multiple outlets. Must be at least 18 years old (21 if driving a licensed Resort vehicle). Food Handler and TABC Certification required. Proven background in food and beverage management, particularly in upscale dining settings. Ability to oversee multiple outlets effectively. Valid driver's license and eligibility to meet driver insurability requirements set by the insurance carrier. Proficient in computer usage, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Strong knowledge of food preparation and service operations. Familiarity with Agilisys software is a plus, but not required. Encourage OSHA Hazard Communication Standard training and certification.
