The Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager and assists with all operational aspects of the property to ensure customer satisfaction, financial stability, and proper property maintenance. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with property operations and leasing activities
  • Handling rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting
  • Managing resident relations and social activities
  • Overseeing move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining property records
  • Performing general maintenance and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications such as Accredited Residential Manager or Certified Apartment Manager preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
