ASSISTANT MANAGER

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Outgoing personality

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver quality service efficiently and courteously
• Manage inventory and bank deposits
• Conduct training and performance appraisals
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests
• Perform other duties as assigned
