Advise more experienced leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and needs. Handle matters that have a significant impact on the Company's operations, strategies, or profitability. Provide legal advice on matters for management of the Company and its subsidiaries. Serve as a legal advisor to the businesses within Wells Fargo. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others. Review and analyze complex large scale or long-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
