Assist the Field Operations Team, optimizing all operations related to our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing building material orders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Scheduling jobsite equipment to maximize utilization and efficiency on-site.
- Scheduling manpower to meet job needs.
- Providing field personnel with the necessary information to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
- Assisting the hiring process for laborers and carpenters.
- Being available to address unforeseen construction difficulties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus.
- Field experience in construction or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Comfortable using a range of construction software and tech.
- Microsoft Word, Excel; Bluebeam, Procore
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
