Job Duties: Primarily responsible for appointment scheduling and pre-registration, to include: collecting; verifying; updating; and entering complete and accurate demographic patient information into computer system prior to patient s clinic appointment. Responsible for the maintenance of the patient medical records process. Complies with the appointment guidelines of the department to schedule appointments into database for new and previously registered patients. Establishes new and current patient information by collecting and entering patient demographic information into the database.
