• Prosecute criminal cases from intake through final disposition.
• Evaluate cases to determine appropriate legal actions.
• Implement Office policies as directed.
• Conduct investigations.
• Respond effectively to complex legal issues in oral and written formats.
• Handle a high volume of cases efficiently.
• Perform all duties as assigned.

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of criminal law and litigation experience.
• US Citizenship and New York State Residency required on the first day of employment.
• Member in good standing of the NY State Bar.
• Ability to conduct resourceful investigations and exercise good judgment.
• Strong litigation, communication, and ethical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve issues analytically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness and other repayment programs. Residency in New York State is required on the first day of employment.
