ion Philanthropy is seeking a dynamic Assistant Director, Student Specialists to play a pivotal role in cultivating and strengthening relationships with alumni, donors, and friends of Stony Brook University. This new partnership with Stony Brook University aims to reimagine the traditional student call center into an innovative Engagement Center supporting all alumni. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the student outreach team, including recruitment, training, professional development, scheduling, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for student development and a successful track record in outreach initiatives.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
