Bachelors degree At least 3 years of experience in university housing or student activities, student conduct, or student affairs area. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Higher Education Administration or a closely related field. At least 2 years experience with supervision. Experience with Maxient conduct management software. Experience developing and delivering educational programs focused on student growth and well-being. Job Description The Assistant Director for Student Conduct and Community Standards supports the unit and aids in community development and leadership opportunities for campus residents. This position will supervise full-time professional staff and indirectly supervise graduate and student staff. The Assistant Director will report to the Director for Residential Experience for the Department of Residence Life at Texas State University.
