This is an exceptional opportunity to represent INSEAD, a globally renowned business school and play a pivotal role in growing the pipeline for our pre-experienced Master in Management (MIM) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) programmes in North America. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexibility in location. It can be based at our San Francisco Hub in North America, with a hybrid working model of 3 days on campus and 2 days remote. For candidates outside the San Francisco area, a fully remote working arrangement may be considered. About the job Reporting to the Director, Recruitment and Business Development, you will develop and implement all recruitment strategy and activities to meet objectives in terms of application volume, diversity and quality of candidates for the full-time degree programmes - MIM, MBA, and INSEAD summer school (ISS) focusing on North America. This role will involve a large amount of interaction with potential students, and developing and maintaining relationships with them in order to generate interest towards our programmes. It also includes building and relationships with top universities in the assigned regions and external parties to grow our master's programmes. You will primarily focus on the MIM and MBA programmes but will also play a key role in referring prospects and supporting events for other Degree Programmes. Your role within the team
- Strategically drive growth for MIM and MBA programmes: Generate interest, nurture relationships, and convert high-potential leads into applicants.
- Organise impactful events and ensure effective follow-ups: Plan and execute recruitment activities, including fairs, information sessions, masterclasses, and tailored events-both online and in-person. Ensure effective follow-ups to support candidates' application journey.
- Cultivate university partnerships and other external partners: Build pipelines through outreach to top universities in North America and foster collaborations to raise programme visibility. Establish and maintain relationships with external parties to grow the pipeline.
- Enhance alumni and corporate engagement: Leverage the local alumni network to support recruitment efforts and establish relationships with key corporate partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Marketing, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Development, and Programme Management teams to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Champion data-driven recruitment: Analyse metrics to optimise strategies, identify trends, and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Contribute to global initiatives: Being able to take ownership of specific global recruitment projects to enhance INSEAD's impact and reach.
The ideal candidate profile
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic recruitment / sales manager with strong international consultative sales / business development knowledge
- Strong experience and networking in North America
- Enthusiastic to help clients and take a proactive approach to understand their needs
- Dedicated to professional excellence and a solution-driven approach
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skill
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organise effectively
- Talented team player and strong at building relationships with faculty, participants, alumni and business partners
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment and able to quickly kick-start new initiatives
- Enjoys working in a culturally diverse team
- Excellent command of English, speaking Spanish or another European language will be a strong plus
- Flexibility to undertake travels and events outside regular office hours
