The Assistant Director/ Program Coordinator oversees the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program for children ages 1 to 6 at the Child Development Center. This role includes providing teachers with assessment tools, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, managing staff training, and supervising student interns. Additionally, the Assistant Director handles administrative duties, maintains communication with families, organizes events, and supports the centers operations. Reporting directly to the Director, this position also assumes all duties in the directors absence.
