For more than 50 years, Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) has served the Washington County community and the Orange County towns of Orange, Washington and Williamstown. WCMHS provides education, support, and treatment of individuals and families living with mental health challenges, substance use issues, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. POSITION: WCHMS is seeking a culture champion and systems builder to join our HR team and to support our staff, management, and workplace as the Assistant Director, People and Culture. As a hands-on, tactical manager and strategic leader, the ADPC develops and administers employee relations and engagement processes, policies, and initiatives, and develops, leads, and manages the agency's inclusion and diversity initiatives, programs, and efforts, with an emphasis on building and sustaining an inclusive culture that centers and integrates the values of fairness, dignity, respect, and belonging in the employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: In addition to a commitment to the WCMHS mission, the Assistant Director of People and Culture should have a combination of education, training, and relevant work and lived experience to provide the skills and knowledge to fulfill the responsibilities of the position with a high level of competence.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: This full-time position offers an annualized salary of $88,000 - $95,000 and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
